Introductory Workshop:
Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
This workshop aims to deepen understanding of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) — a global set of shared goals and commitments to build a more sustainable, equitable, and just world.
Participants will explore the concept, background, and vision of the SDGs, which pursue inclusive development that leaves no one behind, rather than growth led by powerful nations.
We will also examine the 17 goals in detail and review the current progress being made globally, while reflecting on how these goals connect to our own lives.
Key Contents
In this session, participants will explore the background, key concepts, goals, and significance of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Beyond understanding the content of each individual goal, we will reflect on the overall direction and paradigm of development that the SDGs aim to promote.
Participants will also explore the current progress made on each goal.
By connecting the SDGs with pressing social issues and educational challenges in our own context, we will seek ways to realize the values of the SDGs in both education and society.
Through videos, games, and interactive activities, participants will be invited to engage with the SDGs in a more accessible and meaningful way.
